Every single one is for a guy or girl who is in the best shape of their life not trying to get there. NONE fit AT ALL. This one fits PERFECT. I had to try 5 vests to get to this one but finally. This one is actually cheaper also. The ones that did not fit some were like 220$ and now i have to return them because none fit. I honestly dont know why they make them to fit people in amazing shape when you need to have some for people trying to get in shape. I bought the 12lb model and have not regretted it one bit! It made my cardio so much better and made me lose more weight by adding the weight. So far I went from 188 to now 173 lbs. I will continue to use it on my weight loss journey. The vest is comfortable and the weights are evenly spaced. If it starts hurting or pushing on your shoulders, take it off. But other than that I think it is well worth buying a weighted vest and in particular this vest.
