The Compact Pro features the 7001 aluminum construction and super-strong internal locking system, plus a few improvements to help you out on the trail. The EVA foam long grip has a new ergonomic design with a rounded top for a more comfortable under-palm feel during descents. The polyester straps are there to ensure you’re ready for varying terrain, and the poles come with a pair of durable, grippy race rubber tip covers and sets of both 30mm and 50mm hiking baskets.
• Featuring three sections, the Compact Pro is adjustable from 23.2 to 52 inches and weighs 6.1 ounces per pole. The tips feature replaceable carbide tips for traction on dirt trails and metal-reinforced, highly textured rubber tip covers for rocky trails and slippery surfaces. Along with the included 35 mm and 50 mm baskets, the poles can accommodate press-fit baskets from other brands.
